Poco M7 Plus 5G Launched in India with Massive 7,000mAh Battery, Slim Design, and Snapdragon Power

Poco has officially unveiled its latest budget champion in India — the Poco M7 Plus 5G. As the successor to last year’s Poco M6 Plus, this new model packs several upgrades in battery, display, and performance, all while keeping the price tag affordable.


Biggest Highlight — A Massive 7,000mAh Silicon-Carbon Battery

The Poco M7 Plus grabs attention with its 7,000mAh silicon-carbon battery, a rarity in the budget segment. It supports 33W fast charging and 18W reverse charging, letting you power up other devices on the go. Despite its massive 7,000mAh battery, Poco claims it is the slimmest phone, measuring just 8.4mm thick.


Immersive Display with High Refresh Rate

The smartphone sports a 6.9-inch Full HD+ LCD panel with a smooth 144Hz refresh rate and 550 nits peak brightness. The screen is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3 and features a punch-hole cutout for its 8MP selfie camera, ensuring an edge-to-edge viewing experience.

Performance Powered by Snapdragon

Under the hood, the Snapdragon 6s Gen 3 SoC runs the show, paired with up to 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage. A microSD slot allows expansion up to 2TB, making it ideal for heavy media users.

The rear houses a 50MP primary camera alongside a secondary sensor. On the software side, you get AI tools like AI Dynamic Shot, AI Eraser, and AI Sky Replacement, enhancing your photography experience.

Sales start in India on August 19, 2025.
